Join us for our Special General Meeting (we think all of our meetings are special!) and our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 27^th @ 5pm in our Cowansville office.

Why 2 meetings?

We’re having an SGM this year, as required by law, because we our proposing to revise the number of Directors on the YLC Board from 9 to 7.  This bylaw change requires a 2/3 majority vote at a Special General Meeting.

All YLC members have a vote.

At the Annual General Meeting, we will present our Activity Report and Financial Statement for 2025-2026.

Following the meetings, there will be time to enjoy food and conversations with people in our community who are engaged with literacy.

If you would like to join as a member, you have until October 15^th to be eligible to vote on the 27th.
