DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Special General Meeting (we think all of our meetings are special!) and our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 27th @ 5pm in our Cowansville office.\n\nWhy 2 meetings?\nWe’re having an SGM this year, as required by law, because we our proposing to revise the number of Directors on the YLC Board from 9 to 7.  This bylaw change requires a 2/3 majority vote at a Special General Meeting.\nAll YLC members have a vote.\nAt the Annual General Meeting, we will present our Activity Report and Financial Statement for 2025-2026.\nFollowing the meetings, there will be time to enjoy food and conversations with people in our community who are engaged with literacy.\nIf you would like to join as a member, you have until October 15th to be eligible to vote on the 27th.\nWe hope to see you there.\nPlease RSVP by October 21, so we can make sure to have the right amount of food for everyone!\nCall : 450-263-7503 or Email: info@yamaskaliteracy.ca or Use the Registration Form\n
